The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009:
Implications for Commercial Real Estate and Facilities Management

  • The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 has a total value of $787 Billion making it the single largest spending and tax bill in US history. The ARRA will have considerable impact on businesses involved in property and facility management.
