Jack Liu    President & Founder

Jack Liu has 20 years experience with multinational corporations, including the world's leading facilities management service provider, Johnson Controls. As a founding member of the China market entry management team, Mr. Liu served as China Business Manager, led the development of the go-to-market strategy, established operations management processes and built the team. Jack led JCI to develop IBM, Dupont, GE, Intel, Agilent, AMC among other notable multinational accounts.

Apart from being among China’s first generation of FM business leaders, Jack most recently founded FacilityOne as the first FM Consulting, Training and Technology company in China. Under Jack’s leadership, FacilityOne has grown into the primary leader in China’s quickly growing FM industry.

Jack’s primary strengths are strategy and marketing, with a focus on emerging market entry strategy. Not only is he a proficient strategic thinker, but he also maintains a laser-like focus on the details of execution. Jack’s foresight and ability to capitalize on opportunities have been two pillars of his success.

Jack has an MBA from Tongji University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Information Engineering from Tongji University.

Louis Lui    Vice President Operations

Louis Liu is a veteran in the FM industry in China with 17 years experience at Motorola, eBay, Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle. Having served on both corporate end-users and FM service providers teams, Mr. Liu intimately understands the requirements and intricacies of both sides of the divide.

While at Motorola, Louis managed 70 staff and a US $17 million annual budget to provide in-house FM services to over 4,000 employees. During his tenure as Associate Director of JLL China’s Integrated FM (IFM) business unit Louis managed the Standard Chartered Bank account including space and asset management, maintenance, helpdesk, contract management, site selection, project management, office restacking and EH&S. Mr. Liu also was called upon to lead and provide FM training to all of JLL IFM department’s internal staffs.

Louis holds a BS in Inorganic Chemistry and Materials from East China University of Science & Technology and while at Motorola successfully completed 10 courses of the Motorola-ASU MBA Program. Louis is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Timon Smith    Vice President

Timon Smith was the first IWMS software solution representative to successfully enter the Mainland China market. While at ARCHIBUS, Timon oversaw the development of dozens of IWMS implementations and clients in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mainland China including Huawei, Capital Steel and Hong Kong University. His passion for the Workplace & Facilities Management industry drove him to co-found the IFMA Shanghai Chapter, Mainland China’s first FM-related association. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Chapter.

Under his current role, Timon oversees the technology business for FacilityOne including IWMS and FM-related BIM services. With FacilityOne, he has led and participated in projects totaling over 24 square kilometers with both Chinese and Fortune-500 clients.

Timon also successfully led an initiative to set up an ARCHIBUS Learning Center at Tongji University, widely regarded as one of the top two Real Estate-related universities in China. Additionally, Timon is a Regional Liaison for the IFMA Foundation where he hopes to be able to facilitate high quality built-environment related research and scholarships throughout Greater China.

Timon holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Oregon and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
