Jones Lang LaSalle   to provide Real Estate and Facilities Management services to state-owned buildings. Under the new 5-year agreement, JLL will provide broad FM services totaling $300 million in pass-through expenses in exchange for an estimated $38 million management fee with 50% at risk. Real Estate services will be priced at cost with a 4% mark-up. It is understood that 126 state employees are impacted. Savings from relocating employees in state offices to leased facilities across Tennessee is projected to save $100 million over 10 years.
